1600mm Width Conductor Foil Winding Machine for Cast Resin Power Transformer

Introduction

BRJ1600-2 is primarily used for winding of Cast Resin / Air Cooled transformers, the foil conductor can be copper or aluminum strip, and the max foil length is 1600mm, the copper foil thickness is from 0.2mm to 2.0mm and the aluminium foil thickness is from 0.3mm to 3.0mm. The foil winding machine can wind foil and insulation paper together. The max number of foil the machine can wind is two layers, and the max number of insulation paper the machine can wind is also two layers. The welder system can be chosen to configure, including TIG, cold pressure welding and so on. Bus bar and conductor foil can be welded by the welding system. Photoelectric sensors are provided with the machine to rectify the foil when it is winding. Based on PLC, the control system makes sure the machine runs automatically as per the input parameters. 10 inches touch screen makes the operating of the machine easy.
