The winding unit is equipped with a pressure roller system, making the wound coil cannot reserve when the machine stops running. This kind of foil winding machine is also supplied with one expanding mandrel for the copper foil and two for the paper insulation. The mandrel for copper foil is with diameter range from 400 mm to 520 mm, and the mandrel for paper is with the diameter range from 76 mm to 400 mm. The welding system is used to weld foil with bar, TIG is standard for this style of foil winding machine, and the cold pressure welding is optional.
