Automatic 550mm Height Coil Winding Machine With Servo Motor Driven
Wire Guide is a special winding equipment for winding flat or round
wire. This winding machine can wind not only copper wire but also
aluminium wire, with the max size 5.0mm (round wire diameter) and
5x12 mm (flat wire). The wire guide is driven by one servo motor
with 750w, which makes the wire guide have an excellent stop-start
behaviour. The main winding motor is 4kw power motor, which
provides enough toque to drive the winding shaft to wind wire. The
counter can count the number of the turns when winding, moreover
the counter can count reversely when the machine winds back.
Main Components
1. Main frame, the machine’s frame is steel welded, it is very
strong to guarantee the machine is stable when winding
2. Main winding unit, it is composed of main winding motor, winding
shaft, and tailstock, etc.
3. Wire laying unit, including servo motor, linear guide and wire
guide
4. Insulation decoiler, insulation paper can placed on it
5. Electronic cabinet, in which, there is VFD, PLC, and other
electrical components.
6. Pneumatic system, providing power for the cylinder
