YJ-100T is mainly used to press and form wound coils. With proper
mold, it can be also used to simply stretch, press to form and
punch etc.
Product Features
ⅰ) Simple structure: Only one main oil cylinder is used to provide
pressure, which makes its oil circuit is relative simple and
reduces the cost and the failure rate of the machine.
ⅱ) Integrated frame: The frame of the machine is welded integrally,
which makes the frame rigidity better and makes the machine occupy
smaller space.
ⅲ) When the machine works, the pressure provided by the oil cylinder
can be converted into the inside force of the machine fully, so it
is unnecessary to make a special base for the machine. It is also
very easy to install and commission the machine.
ⅳ) The machine is operated by hand and foot, which assures the
operation is reliable and safe.
ⅴ) Hydraulic system is integration module, which makes the structure
compact, the running sensitive and reliable, the noise low and the
power strong.
ⅵ) There is a reasonable, reliable interlocking device among the
units, the machine is also provided with many perfect safety
protection functions, such as over and under voltage protection,
over current protection, short circuit protection, phase loss
protection, and pressure protection, etc. which assures the safety
of the machine.
ⅶ) The parameters, such as pressing speed, pressure, etc. can be
preset to meet different process requirements.
